Our day in Hyeres... we had a very relaxing day today, I think we were still a little tired from our drive yesterday. We went to Hyeres and toured around the old city where we saw an ampitheater that was built during Julius Ceasar's reign. We then went to the salt fields where they harvest sea salt that is sold throughout the world, it is known as the best sea salt. We then set up on one of the local beaches and had a picnic lunch of Nicoise Salad and wine, I will send a few pictures of our lunch via Picassa.

Tonight we are having a treat, lapin in mustard sauce (rabbit)!
